Process

Step 1. Discovery Call

We’ll hop on a call to get to know each other and chat about your business goals. This helps us both decide if we’re the right fit for this project!

Step 2. Proposal & Deposit

After our discovery call, I’ll send you a detailed proposal outlining the process and deliverables. To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required.

Step 3. Onboarding & Questionnaire

We’ll kick off the project with a call where I’ll walk you through your Notion client portal. This is where you’ll track everything from start to finish! After that, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to help me dive deep into your business and brand vision.

Step 4. Research & Moodboards

I’ll explore creative ideas and put together 3 unique moodboards with different creative directions. We’ll then have a call to decide which one feels right for your brand.

Step 5. Shaping Your Brand

Now the fun begins! I’ll design your logos, color palette, and find the perfect typefaces, and more based on your chosen direction. We’ll check in as needed to keep everything on track.

Step 6. Feedback Session (2 revisions.)

You’ll receive your one page brand guide sheet, and we’ll review everything together. This is your chance to provide feedback, and I’ll make any necessary tweaks to ensure you love the final designs.

Step 7. Final payment

Once you’re happy with everything, the remaining balance will be due.

Step 8. Final Delivery & Offboarding

After the final payment, you’ll receive all the files, and that’s a wrap! Your new brand is ready to shine!

You’ll have access to everything in one place! Through my Notion client portal, you’ll see each step of the process, stay super organized, and easily provide feedback along the way.
Brand Strategy
We’ll work together to sharpen your brand’s mission, purpose, values, and tone of voice, ensuring your brand communicates clearly and effectively.
3 Moodboards with Creative Directions
I’ll create three unique creative direction concepts, each paired with a moodboard to help you visualize different styles and pick the one that best reflects your brand.
Logo Suites
A complete suite of logos to cover all your needs: Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Icon, and Favicon. Delivered in formats for both screen and print: PNG, JPG, and SVG.
Color Palette
Your very own custom color system! This includes a color palette designed just for you, along with examples of how to use it effectively for both screen and print, with accessibility in mind.
Typography
I’ll recommend a primary and secondary typeface and give you a handy guide on how to use them. You can choose from free or paid fonts (any paid fonts will be the client’s responsibility).
Photography
High-quality images that align with your brand, perfect for marketing, social media, and your website. Photo-edit will be done if needed.
Mock Ups
I’ll apply your brand identity to real-life mockups—business cards, posters, billboards, social media, and more—so you can see how your brand will look in action.
Brand Assets
Pick three brand collateral items that best suits your needs: [Print: Business cards, flyers, signage, banners, menus, stationery, stickers, t-shirts, tote bags, etc.] [Digital: Social media designs (3 posts & 3 stories), an email template, or an ad.]
Comprehensive Brand Guidelines
You’ll receive both a 1-page quick reference brand guideline sheet and a full 30-40+ page brand guideline PDF detailing how to use your logo, colors, fonts, and brand elements consistently across all platforms.
