Survey analytics dashboard is having GenAI integrated in it using power apps in power BI.
Purpose of this integration is to analyse customers reviews with in power BI leveraging the power of GenAI.
It can be used for attribution tagging, sending automatic replies to customers who are not satisfied with the service or responding to negative comments automatically by crafting a very specific reply addressing the problem (not a generic reply).
