Summary

Venue sourcing is my favorite part of events. I love being able to puzzle things together and secure the best meeting space options. Starting out with this important piece is vital for an event to be successful.
I have over 10 years of working on contracts with hotels and other venues. I understand the best way to negotiate with Sales persons and how to get the best concessions for your event.

Process

1) Identify what your event needs in terms of meeting space and/or room blocks.
2) Put together a RFP for hotels and venues to bid on.
3) Sort through all RFPs and present the best options for the client to select.
4) After a decision has been made, negotiate with the hotel or venue to give the Client the best terms and concessions they are able to offer.
5) Client signs the finalized contract and are then free to plan their event accordingly.

    I will help source hotels or other venues for your meeting or event to take place in. We can then identify the best fit based on Client's needs. Once in the contract phase, I will assist in negotiations. Ensuring you receive the best bang for your buck as well as being the liaison between you and the venue.
