Process
1) Discuss project and if this would be a good fit for both of us to undertake.
2) If moving forward, I'll need to find out details about the meeting or event and what the client's goals are.
3) I'll work with the hotel or venue on your needs.
4) Client will sign all documents confirming arrangements.
5) Client will execute the event onsite, if necessary.
What's included
Detailed Planning with Hotel or Venue
Planning your meeting or event from start to finish. Will work with the hotel or venue on BEOs, Diagrams, and Rooming List. This does not include on-site execution.
