Summary

With an extensive background in sales systems and psychology, my analysis and approach target ease of use for employees, and in the case of customer facing systems, an incredible customer experience.

What's included

  • Discovery Session

    I will collaborate with the project owner on discovering which systems need to be analyzed, and the pain points needing to be solved.

  • Employee Interviews

    If requested - I will interview employees that need to use the system to get feedback on what is currently working, needing improvement, and areas of particular frustration with the current system.

  • Full Analysis

    Based on the directives from the discovery session and the outcomes of the employee interviews, I will use the system(s) in question, and analyze for shortcomings and areas of improvement.

  • Report

    I will write up a full report on the system(s) in question, make specific recommendations on needed changes, and actionable items on how to get the system to an ideal state.

  • Report Review

    We will have a video call to go over the report, ensure any questions are answered, and make sure that an understanding of the steps needed are able to be implemented.

  • System Rebuild (Upon Request)

    After the report is reviewed, if we come to an agreement that the changes requested are to be implemented, I offer an additional service to make the changes on your behalf.
