• What Do I Need From You?

Consider one of my branding packages for a complete solution! Note: Additional services can be added to any of my package upon request, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

• What file formats will I receive?

  You’ll receive web-friendly files (PNG, JPG) and print-ready files (PDF, AI).

• Can you customize the templates for other platforms?

  Yes, templates for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter can be created upon request for an additional fee.

• What will the cost of the Additional Services Package be?

  The pricing for this package is flexible and depends on the specific deliverables you choose. For example: If you need only custom illustrations, the cost will be based on the complexity and number of illustrations. If you combine illustrations with other items like a social media branding kit or business cards, the total price will reflect the scope of work. I’ll provide a custom quote after understanding your requirements during the questionnaire and discovery call.

• How do payments work?

  50% upfront fees is necessary to start the project or you can choose milestone-based payment. Small Projects (2-3weeks): 50% upfront, 50% before final file delivery. Longer Projects (1-2 months): 25% upfront 25% after creative direction 25% after the brand presentation 25% before final file delivery. For new clients, I recommend escrow payments to ensure mutual trust.

• Why do you only provide one brand concept?

  I believe in quality over quantity. By focusing on delivering one strong, thoughtfully crafted concept, I ensure it aligns perfectly with the direction we set together during the brand strategy and creative direction process. This approach allows us to refine and perfect an identity that truly reflects your vision and resonates with your audience, rather than splitting focus across multiple directions.

• How long will the process take?

  The timeline for the Additional Services Package is flexible and depends on the deliverables you choose. For instance: A single add-on like custom illustrations may take less time. If you opt for multiple add-ons like a social media branding kit and business cards, the timeline will vary based on the complexity and scope of work. Once I understand your vision and requirements during the questionnaire and discovery call, I’ll provide a customized timeline that aligns with your needs.

• Can I add more deliverables later?

  Yes! If you decide to include more add-ons after the project begins, we can discuss the updated scope and adjust the timeline and cost accordingly.

• What if I don’t like the final designs?

  This package includes total three rounds of revisions to ensure we align the deliverables with your vision. If more changes are needed, additional revisions can be done at an extra cost.

• Can I request priority delivery for add-ons?

  Yes, depending on the scope of your project, priority delivery may be available for an additional fee. We can discuss this during the discovery call.
