• What types of files will I receive?

  You’ll get PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, and EPS files for online and print use.

• What is required from me before starting the service?

  Having a basic understanding of your brand’s mission, vision, core values, target audience, competitors, and brand personality is helpful. While I’ll guide you through this, your input helps us create a logo that truly represents your business. If you're unsure, don’t worry! I'll help you clarify these aspects during the process.

• What if I need more revisions?

  This package includes 1 round of revisions. If you require additional changes, I’m happy to accommodate them for an extra cost, so we can make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final result.

• How do payments work?

  50% upfront fees is necessary to start the project or you can choose milestone-based payment. Small Projects (2-3weeks): 50% upfront, 50% before final file delivery. Longer Projects (1-2 months): 25% upfront 25% after creative direction 25% after the brand presentation 25% before final file delivery For new clients, I recommend escrow payments to ensure mutual trust.

• Do you offer priority delivery?

  Yes, I offer faster delivery (one to two weeks) for an additional 20% fee.

• What if I don’t know how to fill out the questionnaire?

  Don’t worry! The free discovery call will help clarify any questions and guide you through the process.

• What is included in the offboarding?

  The offboarding includes an optional call where I explain each file format and its usage. You’ll also get a short video guide to help you understand and apply the files confidently.

• How will this package help my business?

  A professional logo builds trust, boosts recognition, and ensures your visuals look polished across platforms.

• Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?

  Yes, you can upgrade to a more detailed branding package if needed and you can also add any add-on services after the final delivery.
