• Do you offer services beyond design, such as content integration, SEO setup, or e-commerce functionality?

  Yes, if your business needs it we can add it to the project.

• What is your typical process and timeline for completing a Squarespace website?

  This really depends on what you are coming with to the table. I work with businesses who come to me with a complete website that needs rebranding, but also can start from 0. Typically any website would take at least a month to complete with nothing in hand.

• How involved will we need to be in the design process?

  You can be as involved or not as you wish. However I do weekly check ins at least once with every client.

• What input or materials will you need from us?

  If you have any material we will look at it and I will make a proposal on what you might need on top of that. We can discuss this during our intial call.

• Do you provide training on how to manage and update the Squarespace site once it’s live?

  Yes.

• Do you offer support or maintenance services after the website is completed?

  Not typically. But I am open to help if needed.

• Can you customize Squarespace templates, or do you build entirely custom designs?

  Both.

• What happens if we want to make changes or updates to the design in the future?
