FAQs
Can the Client provide feedback during the illustration process?
Yes. Client feedback is welcome on the composition sketches, detailed sketch, and the final illustration. This feedback will be incorporated for minor adjustments before the delivery of the final files.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. This allows for feedback to ensure the illustration aligns with the Client's vision. Additional revisions exceeding the two included rounds will incur an additional fee. Careful consideration of revision requests is recommended before proceeding.
What is considered a revision and what is not?
Revisions are adjustments made to refine the illustration after the initial stages (composition sketches, detailed sketch, final illustration) are presented. These revisions can involve minor modifications to elements like composition and value (shading and contrast). Clients can provide feedback throughout these stages to ensure the final illustration aligns with their vision. However, if the requested changes significantly alter the core concept of the illustration, involving substantial modifications beyond the initial scope, it would be considered a new illustration iteration and will incur additional fees. Here's why careful consideration of revision requests is recommended: • Extensive revisions can extend the project timeline and will incur additional revision costs. • Major changes will require additional creative development, resulting in additional fees. Open communication is maintained throughout the process. Any potential revisions needing additional fees will be clarified before proceeding.
How long is the turnaround time for the logo design?
The turnaround time for the black and white illustration can vary depending on several factors: • Current Project Load: Our existing workload can impact the timeline. • Client Feedback: Timely and clear communication via email helps keep the process efficient. • Project Complexity: Illustrations with more intricate details may require additional time for refinement. • Revision Requests: Extensive revisions can extend the timeline. Clear communication via email is essential to understand the project scope and client's vision, allowing for a more specific timeline. Careful consideration of revision requests is recommended for the following reasons: • Extended Timelines: Extensive revisions beyond the two included revisions can significantly impact the overall project timeframe and incur additional fees. • Additional Fees: Major changes beyond the initial scope require additional creative development and will incur additional fees. Open communication is maintained throughout the process. Any potential revisions needing additional fees will be clarified before proceeding. Additional Note: Open communication before placing an order is highly encouraged to ensure the expected timeline can be achieved.
