• Initial Consultation

We begin by discussing your brand’s vision, values, and the specific elements you want in your branding kit. You’ll share any inspiration, design ideas, or references to guide the process.



• Research & Concept Development

After our discussion, I’ll conduct research on your industry and competitors, developing an overall branding strategy. This includes logo concepts, stationery designs (business cards, letterheads, etc.), and ideas for the intro video.



• Moodboard Creation

A moodboard will be created to capture the visual direction of your brand, including styles, fonts, and color schemes. This will help align the design with your preferences and goals.



• Presentation of Logo & Stationery Concepts

You will receive 3 logo concepts, as well as initial stationery design concepts. This includes business cards, letterheads, and envelopes, all designed to match your brand’s identity.



• Feedback & Revisions (Up to 2 Rounds)

You can provide feedback on the logo and stationery designs. I’ll make any necessary adjustments, with up to two rounds of revisions included to ensure everything meets your expectations.



• Intro Video Storyboard & Concept

Along with the branding visuals, I’ll present a storyboard and concept for your brand’s intro video. This short video will introduce your brand’s message and style, perfect for use on websites or social media.



• Revisions for the Intro Video (Up to 2 Rounds)

Feedback on the video concept will be taken into account, and I’ll make revisions to the storyboard and style as needed. You’re entitled to two rounds of revisions for the video.



• Color Palette & Final Design Approval

Once the logo, stationery designs, and video concept are finalized, I’ll develop a cohesive color palette for your brand. This ensures consistency across all materials. After final approval, I’ll prepare the deliverables.



• File Delivery

You’ll receive the final logo, stationery designs, and intro video in high-quality formats. Logo and stationery will be delivered in various file types (vector, PNG, JPEG, etc.), and the intro video in formats ready for web and social media use.



• Additional Revisions (If Needed)

Should any further revisions be needed after the final approval, additional adjustments can be made for an extra fee.
