About this service
Summary
- The first step is sketching and brainstorming. I will present rough sketches and concepts. These initial ideas will be black and white to give you an idea of the basic layout.
- Based off of your feedback, I will begin to refine these sketches and present 1-3 concepts. This round will be full scale with various layout options.
- After I present you 1-3 concepts, you will choose 1 to move forward with. Now, I will add in the color, typography, graphics, imagery, etc.
- We will do a final run through of the chosen design. This is where I will make final revisions/edits.
- Delivery of final files!

The process of arranging visual elements—like text, images, and shapes—on a given page. Layout design is important for any project that conveys a message through eye-catching visuals, like magazine layouts, website design, and advertisements.
What is the project?
This is where you explain what this project is about and what you need. Is it a magazine layout, poster/flyer layout, etc.
Target Audience
Who is it for? This is crucial in the design process as different audiences require different things. For example, designing something for children would have a completely different outcome than designing for a corporation.
Deliverables
Do you need multiple pages, an entire magazine/book layout, a single page, etc.? Is this printed, digital, or both? What is the size of this project? This information will help me give you an accurate timeline, price, and deliverables for the project.
Guidelines
This is where you would provide me with any specifications you have, such as colors, fonts, graphics, logos, etc. These would likely come from your brand guidelines document (if you have one).
