Before work starts, we agree on the product specification, supplier shortlist size, research sources, deliverables and deadline. Deliverables may include a supplier comparison sheet, available quotations and a concise written findings report.

Supplier information is based on available records and supplier responses. Product samples, purchases, shipping, laboratory testing and on-site inspections are outside the scope unless separately agreed.
