• What do I need to provide before we start?

  You’ll need to submit a completed project brief, along with your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), website copy, and any relevant materials such as professional images, preferred icons, or design references.

• Do you include branding in the design?

  Yes! I’ll create a web-optimized brand guide that ensures your colors, fonts, and logo are consistently applied across your website.

• Can I request revisions?

  Yes—each key design phase includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design and ensure alignment with your vision.

• What if I need mobile versions too?

  Mobile design is available as an optional add-on. If needed, I’ll create responsive versions for key screens optimized for mobile viewing.

• Will I get the source files?

  Yes, you’ll receive full access to the organized Figma design file, ready for development or future updates.

• How long does the process take?

  Most designs are completed within 1–2 weeks. Inner pages and mobile versions may extend the timeline slightly based on complexity.

• Do you also develop the website?

  Yes, but development is a separate service. If you need both design and development, let me know and I can bundle or recommend the next step.

• How do we communicate during the project?

  We’ll use Contra messaging for updates, questions, and sharing files. A kickoff call is also available if you’d like to align before we begin.
