As soon as you complete the order and on-board with us, we will have a meeting in which we will discuss in detail about everything you want and are expecting in the website. Then by the end of tht week we will schedule another call in which we will show you the homepage, That's all where we would have worked until then, you will view the homepage and tell us your remarks and what needs to be changed. Then after an additional we will come back with the final homepage and our other page design. You will then view it, assess it and give us a yes. Then by the end of that week we will complete all the remaining work and will schedule the last call to show you the final result. You can still ask us to change anything. The website would be on our domain until then. Once you say that everything is perfect, we will then charge the price and upload it on your domain.

This will be the first approach of what we think you might want, of course this won't be perfect but that's where you come in. You can check it and give us any changes that you want to get the look you desired.
Final Draft
This will be the final Draft that will include all the edits you tasked us previously plus the additional design
