Building great products isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about making design work for your business. With this service, you get more than just a designer; you get a strategic partner who understands how design, business goals, and user needs intersect. With a background in Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management, I help startups create products that aren’t just visually polished but built for scalability, retention, and long-term success.
What to expect
A usable, testable, visually consistent MVP ready for development
Prioritization of core features vs. “nice-to-haves”
Collaboration with your team to balance speed, quality, and scope
Who is this for?
Early-stage startups needing their first MVP to validate the market
Founders raising funds and needing something tangible to show investors
Teams pivoting to a new product direction and wanting to test fast

What's included

Discovery Workshop
We’ll start with a deep dive into your business goals, target audience, and product vision. This helps us scope the MVP to focus on essentials without overbuilding. Together, we’ll define key user personas, map user journeys, and ensure that design and business objectives are fully aligned.
Wireframes
Get an early visual of your product with wireframes that lay out the user interface and flow. This helps validate structure and functionality before moving into detailed design.
Visual Designs
Wireframes evolve into high-fidelity designs that bring your product to life. The goal? A visually cohesive, engaging experience that sets the foundation for development. These prototypes can be used for VC pitches and user testing.
Feedback & Iteration
Your input matters. Design is refined through iterative feedback loops to ensure everything aligns with your vision and user needs.
Final Design Package
You’ll receive a structured Figma file with all UI assets, style guides (or a Design System, depending on the scale), and interactive prototypes—ready for seamless handoff to development while maintaining design consistency.
Handoff & Dev Support
I’ll also collaborate directly with your dev team to ensure smooth implementation. Disclaimer: Development is typically not included. If you’d like me to help source or manage developers, we can discuss additional arrangements.
FAQs
I focus not only on how the product looks, but also on how well it aligns with your business goals and users’ mental models. My experience with systems design and strategy ensures the MVP is lean, scalable, and test-ready.
Typically 8–15 key screens (core flows), and any error states, empty states, overflow states, etc. required for these screens. Anything beyond this can be scoped separately.
No problem. We’ll co-create the scope in discovery. I’ll help you define must-have vs. nice-to-have features.
Yes, that's what you'll get by default. I recommend it if you want to test with users or pitch to investors.
Yes, I can coordinate with your dev team or help source one. This is scoped separately from design.
