The Design Sprint is a focused, time-boxed engagement to rapidly diagnose UX/product issues and design validated solutions in just 2 weeks. Instead of months of debate and iteration, you leave with tangible prototypes and a clear path forward.
What to Expect By the end of the sprint, you’ll have:
A heuristic UX audit summary
The top 3 friction points in your core product flows
2–3 interactive prototypes of solutions
A prioritized roadmap of next steps
Who is this for?
Product teams stuck debating instead of building
Startups who need to validate quickly before scaling
Teams looking for fast wins in activation, conversion, or retention
Companies who want both solutions and team alignment in a short time frame

What's included

Discovery & Alignment
We kick off with a discovery session to align on goals, challenges, and success metrics. This ensures the sprint tackles the most critical problems with clarity and focus.
Co-Creation & Prototyping
Across three structured sessions, we map user journeys, identify friction points, and rapidly prototype high-impact solutions. Your team is actively involved throughout, so the outcomes are built with your context in mind.
Testing & Next Steps
We test and validate the prototypes with your team (and optionally users) to ensure solutions are grounded in reality. You’ll receive a prioritized action plan for implementation.
FAQs
A UX audit tells you what’s wrong — a Design Sprint gives you solutions. You don’t just get problems listed, you leave with working prototypes ready to build on.
Ideally, 3–6 people: a product manager, designer, and engineer are must-haves. Founders/execs can join the discovery and review sessions.
About 3 x 3-hour sessions across 2 weeks, plus async feedback. The rest is handled by me.
Not mandatory — but if you want real-world validation, we can arrange quick user tests (either with your users or recruited via my network). This usually incurs an additional cost, depending on the requirements.
Miro/FigJam for collaboration, Figma for prototypes, and Loom/Notion for handoff documentation.
This sprint often leads into either a Design Refresh, MVP Design, or a Full-Service Retainer — we’ll scope that once the sprint outcomes are clear.
