Modeling starts with the concept. If client does not have concept, a concept can be drawn. Once I have the concept I will produce an orthographic drawing if one is not provided. Using the orthographic concept I will model your asset in Maya.
Modeling
Modeling will take in mind edge flows and optimal topological distribution. After the model is created and matches the concept I with can move on to fixing any mesh errors, general cleanup and beautification.
Unwrapping
Next I will unwrap the model so that it can be textured. This will take in mind common UV unwrapping workflows and possible texture grains.
At this point the model is ready for delivery.
