Step 1: Onboarding & Audit After you book, I’ll request a few key details (channel link, top 3 videos, goals). Then I run a growth audit: content structure, titles, thumbnails, and niche landscape.

Step 2: Strategy Kickoff (Zoom) We hop on a 30-minute kickoff call to break down your current approach, define your goals, and walk through the plan for the next 30 days.

Step 3: Weekly Deliverables Each week you’ll receive:

1 full scripts (max 4 in total)

4 title & thumbnail sets

3–5 Shorts hooks & ideas Everything is delivered via Notion or Google Drive, with a real-time progress board.

Step 4: Mid-Sprint Review Around Day 15, we do a touchpoint review — what’s working, what’s not, and course-correct if needed.
