Maintaining office documents and shipment Documentation including CI (Commercial Invoices), BOL (Bill of Lading), SI (Shipping Instructions), and AES (Automated Export System) filings. Creating useful Notion, Google Sheets, and Excel Files to track B2B shipments, view upcoming POs to route to marketplaces, submit ASN, and track inventory levels.

  • Logistics Management

    Managing B2B and B2C orders, checking order files to ensure no errors were received, and providing clients with weekly analytics on fulfillment metrics. Inventory Management and monitoring Inventory levels and overseeing inbound and outbound inventory receipts. Managing Domestic and International Freight pick-up and deliveries (Scheduling pick-up & deliveries with freight companies for LTL and FTL). Following up with Carriers for PODs and NOAs for B2B shipments. Communication with 3PL/Internal warehouse team (Communicating with existing 3PL/warehouse team to ensure operations move smoothly). Sourcing product inserts, custom product labeling, and custom product packaging needs for clients with third-party companies to meet their needs.

  • Administrative Tasks

    Answering inbound emails and phone calls from internal departments or clients and answering inquiries regarding fulfillment. General calendar management and Scheduling appropriate meetings on the Teams app or Zoom. Excel file creation, Data entry, and product research. Filing lost package claims on behalf of our clients to recover lost packages. Updating existing Excel/Google Spreadsheets for Inventory and brand account analytics proposes. Submitting ASN for marketplaces and retailers once B2B POs have shipped. Preparing documentation for onboarding or opening new brand accounts.
