• Can you expedite the delivery of the documentation?

  +$150 additional cost. This will get you the draft in 4 business days, and revisions done in 2 business days.

• What types of documents can you create

  I can create a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, integration documentation, and system integration guides. These documents are designed to help users understand and effectively use your software.

• What if I need more pages than the standard limit?

  The standard limit is 20 pages per document. If additional pages are required, they can be added at a rate of $25 per page. This must be discussed up front. No pages may be added once the first draft is completed and has been sent for review.

• What kind of access do you need to my product?

  I require access to any existing product documentation, specifications, and direct communication with your team to gather necessary information. If you have a sandbox or development site I can access, this would also be useful. This helps ensure the documentation is accurate and detailed.

• How many revisions are included in the service?

  The service includes up to two rounds of revisions. This allows for feedback and adjustments to ensure the final document meets your needs and expectations.

• How do you handle confidential information?

  I adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and ensure all information shared with me is handled securely. Your data and proprietary information are treated with the utmost care and privacy.

• What is the process for starting a project?

  The process begins with an initial meeting to discuss your requirements and gather necessary information. After the initial draft is completed, you will review it and provide feedback. I will then make any necessary revisions to ensure the final document meets your expectations.

• What are your pricing terms?

  $500 for User Manuals (up to 20 pages). $700 for System Integration Guides (up to 10 pages). Optional Services: Additional pages: $25 per page. Expedited delivery (within 6-10 business days): +$150.
