step 1: receiving instructions.

You will provide me with all the information necessary for drafting the legal document you require. The requirements will vary depending on the document being drafted.

At this step of the process, I will also advice on what legal requirements need to be met on a minimum, what we can add and or omit from the document so that it best suits your purpose while still protecting the interests of all parties involved.

step 2: drafting and review.

Having received everything I need to get the job started, I will then get to work drafting the document and reviewing it to ensure to meets all legal requirements as well as your requirements.

step 3: submission.

I will send the final document in PDF format for your execution and of all other parties involved.

For clients within the Kenya jurisdiction, I will offer witnessing services as required. For clients outside the Kenya jurisdiction, for documents that may require counsel / advocate / lawyer / notary / commissioner / magistrate or other judicial officer witnessing, I will make provision for the same and as the case may apply the document may be witnessed by a judicial officer in your jurisdiction.
