Process

Step 1.
An interview to discuss your sector, industry, products and or services, target market demographics, goals, and purpose of the business plan (internal for management or investor pitch and relations). I will share the use of the PPSS frameworks.
Step 2. I will produce a high level outline of content and with story line for review based on the initial interview discussions. We finalize the expected and desired content along with file formats, branding and detail. There may be various iterations / collaborations as we develop the plan.
Step 3 I deliver as discussed.

    A business plan (or investor pitch) with the following defined, interlocked and illustrated. - Strategy. - Vision and mission. - Value proposition. - Market analysis and research with TAM, SAM, SOM. - Investment case numbers with ROI projections (if required). - Graphical representation of the numbers. - Business model with development roadmap and rollout linked to the numbers. - Operational model - Risks and competition. - Linked to a social media marketing strategy. The social media Marketing strategy can be a separate engagement if the above is already defined. A video of the above (as an option) designed around the target audience demographic.
