• Investigation and Research

  After getting to know both the client and project. The specifications are defined, this step also involves researching the brand, the project itself, competition, references and more.

• Moodboard and Inspiration

  Once the project´s requirements are established, it´s time to search for some inspiration and visual references. The Moodboard is the perfect tool to illustrate how the project will look and to understand its visual language, look and feel.

• First sketches

  The first logo ideas are explored, from typography, illustrations and their relation. All ideas are delivered to the client for revision.

• Logo Design

  After one of the ideas are approved, it's time to develop the concept. The Logo and its variations are made, color palette is explored and supporting illustrations are drawn.

• Mockups

  Mockups are developed to illustrate how the designs will look like applied into diverse mediums: digital, print, merchandise, packaging, etcetera.

• Brandbook and Guidelines

  After everything is approved, a brandbook is designed to recap all the work done. This brandbook explores: brand background, logo, typography, colors, how to apply it and how not to, logo variations, mockups, supporting elements, and social media.
