The project flow for these projects starts with an intake. An estimation is made of the effort involved and its feasibility. The project goal is broken down into small work units. After the go ahead the bulk of the work is being done, always keeping the client informed and showing progress. At the end, all materials are either handed over to the client, or published (upon the clients request). I will remain available for maintaining the work.
