Process

1. Concept Development
Goal & Message: Define the purpose of the video and the key message.
Target Audience: Identify the audience to tailor the design and tone.
Style & Theme: Decide on a visual style (flat, 3D, hand-drawn, etc.) and a general mood (fun, professional, etc.).
2. Scriptwriting
Draft the Script: Write the narrative or text that will guide the visuals, including any voiceovers or on-screen text.
Review & Finalize: Make sure the script is concise and fits the video’s purpose.
3. Storyboarding
Visual Plan: Create a rough visual outline of the video, showing the sequence of scenes and key motion elements.
Timing: Map out the timing for each section or scene.
4. Asset Creation
Design Elements: Create or source the required graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
Typography: Choose fonts and design any text that will appear in the video.
5. Animation
Scene Setup: Import assets into motion design software (like Adobe After Effects).
Animate: Add movement to the design elements, incorporating smooth transitions, easing, and keyframes to create dynamic visuals.
Sync with Audio: If there's a voiceover or music, sync the animation to match the pacing.
6. Sound Design
Voiceover: Record or add the voiceover, if applicable(Client MUST provide voiceover).
Music & Sound Effects: Add background music or sound effects to enhance the motion and tone of the video.
7. Review & Feedback
Client Review: Present a draft version for client feedback.
Revisions: Make necessary changes based on feedback.
8. Final Export
Rendering: Export the final video in the required format and resolution (e.g., MP4, MOV).
Delivery: Share the final motion design video with the client.

All unnecessary footage will be removed, transitions and effects applied where appropriate, and relevant text overlays, logos, or animations incorporated based on the project's needs. The final output will be delivered in the requested format (e.g., MP4, MOV) and resolution (e.g., 1080p, 4K) to ensure it meets the technical and creative standards agreed upon.
