Process

✅ Introduction Call: We'll chat, get to know each other and iron out the needs and desires for your website development project.
✅ Project Workspace: You'll get invited to join a private custom workspace for your business, where we can communicate and chat on deliverables + share design assets. This allows you to work with me in real-time as tasks/ pages are completed. Communication is key!
✅ Research & Development: I'll start building guidelines and style sheets essential to the design process based on the shared/ discussed components from our intro.
✅ Prototype: Once I have all the info required, I'll get to work and build out the site prototype in a staging environment. We'll lock it in and then move on to the feature components.
✅ Feedback & Revisions: We'll use your custom project workspace to manage all feedback and communication on the site build.
✅ Final Q&A: I'll share the site for final testing and Q&A before sign-off.
✅ Delivery: Once signed off, a back-up copy of the site will be shared.
✅ Post-Launch: I'll help you get your site live and guide you accordingly + provide 2 weeks of support for any bug fixes. FAQs

  • What's included in the cost?

    Initial site builds include 6 pages, however pending the complexity of your site build, custom coding requirements, and the number of pages required...this could change the total cost. We'll discuss this in detail in our initial on-boarding call. Any additional costs will be invoiced separately. Please note: legal pages (eg; Privacy Policies or T&C's) are not included in the cost. Happy to discuss options during our onboarding call.

  • Can you help with more than just my site build?

    Yes, I am a digital expert with over 22 years of experience. If you need help with marketing your website, including SEO, or integrating systems and technology/ automation...I've got your back.

  • Are you based in Australia?

    Yes. I'm based in New South Wales.

  • Is website hosting and a domain name included?

    No, not for the site build. I will build your site on my staging server and share files on completion. I do offer site build packages that include hosting and domain registration as part of a monthly retainer. Speak to me to learn more.

  • Why should I hire you?

    You're basically getting a Head of Digital and Director of Marketing all rolled into one. I've been doing web development & design since 1996, and have developed my career in digital + marketing working through leadership roles both agency + client side. I've built countless websites over the years, mixing eCommerce, B2B and have worked with a variety of tech as well as run marketing campaigns for Disney, Vodafone and Bupa. This is my passion.
