Includes: a kickoff call, a workflow map, a written audit with prioritized recommendations, a one-page redesign sketch, and a 30-minute walkthrough call. The audit covers one workflow, such as referral intake, scheduling, or onboarding. If you'd like a second workflow reviewed or the redesign built out, I'm happy to scope that separately. Additional hours beyond the included 10 are available at my hourly rate. Introductory pricing applies to early clients and will rise as my client list grows.
