What's included: up to 20 hours per month (about 5 per week), scoped on a short call so we agree on exactly what I'm covering. You'll get regular updates on what I've done and how many hours you've used, plus a monthly check-in to review hours and adjust scope.
How it works:
Same-day to next-business-day response on requests, not instant.
Unused hours don't roll over.
Hours beyond the 20 are billed at my hourly rate and only with your approval in advance.
Either of us can adjust or end the arrangement with 30 days' notice.
Introductory pricing applies to early clients and will rise as my client list grows.
