Process

Discovery Phase. This is where we go over the requirements and understand in detail the project.

Planning Phase. After we clarify every question, we get to plan the project. We write down the architecture of the system, the important milestones, and the deliverables.

Execution Phase. This is where the fun starts. I build the web app using Agile methodology and keep you in the loop.

Release Phase(Optional). I deploy the application in production and make sure everything is working as expected. This usually takes less than a day if everything is set up properly.

Monitoring Phase(Optional). I help monitor the application for a while to make sure everything goes well and the web app is behaving properly under the load.

Closure Phase. I pack all the necessary code and documentation in one bundle and ship it to you. We end the project by having a closing meeting.
