Does Social Media Copy Reeeallly Matter? (*cough* yes) 😉

Some brands don't immediately see the value of having a dedicated copy person curating messaging on socials. I get it! While it isn't life or death in the same way website content might be crucial, social media copy is still a really large part of what convinces consumers to trust and interact with a brand. The only consequence of writing consistent, intentional, on-brand social media copy is trust, loyalty, and an opportunity to create a new demographic of supporters.

Your Instagram page is the human-facing side of your brand, where more than anything your brand personality shines through, giving customers an opportunity to genuinely get to know the more silly, tender, messy, human sides of who you are and what you care about.
