This is not just a website redesign.
This is a strategic transformation of your online presence, by diggin into your competitors, business model, and clientele. Then crafting a custom redesign that aligns with your vision AND performs on every device.
Harmony of Strategy and Aesthetics
Most designers prioritize artistic expression over usability, yet 60% of your clients browse on mobile and converting on desktop.
So poor mobile experience leads to abandonment, while poor desktop structure lowers conversions.
I founded Thumbcatch Design.Co on one philosophy: beautiful websites that are strategically optimized for how people actually use them.
Eye-catching grabs attention. Thumb-catching meets them where they are.
Your site will be redesigned to be visually stunning, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused. That means easy navigation, thoughfull structure, thumb-friendly buttons. Seamless on both mobile and desktop.
Technical Guidance Without the Jargon
No confusing tech speak here. I'll translate complex decisions into clear recommendations, guiding you every step of the way, so you can focus on your business, not becoming a developer.

FAQs
I'm a Squarespace specialist so that is where I build. I find it's the perfect platform for businesses who want a website they can actually manage themselves, while allowing for enough flexibility to craft the aesthetics design we both desire.
Short answer yes, but you don't need everything polished, you can always edit the site afterward. I do require your branding assets before we kick off though since this heavily impacts the design. That means logo, color palette, typography, brand photos, etc. need to be provided before I can take off. If you need help with copy, I can provide templates/guidelines, or direct you to some modern tools to help you generate some awesome drafts that we can tweak. If you don't have images we can either settle for stock, or we can add on an AI image package and I'll generate unique, on brand visuals to compliment the redesign.
Semi-Custom projects take 1 week (fast-tracked using optimized components). Custom projects take 2-4 weeks (full strategy and custom design). These timelines are from the start date, not initial consultation. The start date will be preset and it's expected you can provide all required content upfront, and assuming timely feedback so we can keep things moving efficiently.
Semi-custom packages include 3-4 pages. Custom packages include 5-7 pages. Additional pages are $500 each. These can be added on before, during or after a project, may affect timelines, and may cost more depending on page features/complexities.
Whatever amount you'd like! Whether it's semi-custom or full custom, your brand and vision are at the core of it all, so that's what drives the process. I'm here to translate it into strategy and design, execute on Ideas, and advise on direction. Ultimately my job is to seek the best outcome possible, but that doesn't mean my way or the highway, at the end of the day its YOUR business and YOUR website we're crafting here, so you should have as much say as you want.
My semi-custom option is already optimized for speed (1 week), so it covers most pressing timeline needs without sacrificing quality. Custom builds, on the other hand, require the full 2-4 weeks to deliver the strategic depth, customization, and result you're paying for. A rushed service is rushed work in my opinion, and I'd rather stay committed to delivering results that'll serve you, your business, and your vision rather than sacrificing any critical part of the process.
After we complete the project, you get 30 days of post launch support where I'll help with any questions, small tweaks, or technical issues. My goal is to build you a site you feel confident managing yourself, that way you won't have the ongoing cost of a designer on retainer. You also get access to ongoing support from Squarespace directly as part of you subscription plan, which can save you paying for additonal help if you don't absolutely need to. Finally, I'm only a chat message/email away if you ever need guidance down the road. If it's something quick/straighforward I can usually help/guide at not cost, and if it's something more substantial you can rehire me as needed.
