What if I need more services than included monthly?
That's all negotiable, I don't have a fixed price on additional document draft/review etc. The only fixed price here is for consultations - 40$/hour. Every business is different and has different needs. Contact me and we'll see what I can do for you.
Does this service cover GDPR-related issues (a.e. DPIA, compliance audit etc)?
For the most part, the GDPR-related advice and documents reviews are included in this service. However, there may be exceptions, for example Data Privacy Impact Assessment. That would require me to go deeper into the specifics of your business and can be negotiated separately.

Constitutional documents
It is a fancy word for super important papers for any business: bylaws, partnership agreements and other documents that are core to any legal entity. Up to 2 document monthly.
Terms & Contracts
Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Service Level Agreements, Sales and more. Every inch of your business should be legally protected to be enforceable. Let me handle that for you. Up to 5 documents monthly.
Consultations
Any question you might have on a legal matter - leave a line and we'll jump into a call. Includes Up to10 hours of consultations monthly on any topic.
Documents review
Useful when you deal with contracts that are sent to you to accept. I will look into them for you and tell if there are any problems. Includes up to 10 reviews monthly.
Overall gap
Please note, that all services above provided combined per month can not exceed 16 hours gap. More billable hours or hours of specific service can be negotiated. This service does not include GDPR DPO as a Service.
