About this service

Summary

Any business needs a lawyer, but not any business can afford to hire one. Lawyer as a Service solves this problem.

Lawyer as a Service - is a possibility to hire an in-house legal counsel for less. Monthly subscription on legal assistance for your business. No headache with finding, hiring and paying a wage for a full-time employee for the work that takes less than 10 hours a month.

It's cost-efficient yet effective. If there is any new problem that your business have faced, an in-house legal counsel can have diffiulties facing this challange. On the contrary, with experience servicing multiple companies and experience gained, I'll help you with this problem better and cheaper.

No hiring, training costs. A flat sum will be invoiced monthly. No additional costs for findng, training, waging a full-time employee.

Easy administration. Because it is not an employee-employer relationship, you don't need to file an additional reports to tax authorities. My taxes are handled by myself, and you only need (if you do) to report on expences.

Cancel anytime. At least 15 day notice prior to the end of the monthly period on termination and we'll split our ways.

What if I need more services than included monthly?
That's all negotiable, I don't have a fixed price on additional document draft/review etc. The only fixed price here is for consultations - 40$/hour. Every business is different and has different needs. Contact me and we'll see what I can do for you.
Does this service cover GDPR-related issues (a.e. DPIA, compliance audit etc)?
For the most part, the GDPR-related advice and documents reviews are included in this service. However, there may be exceptions, for example Data Privacy Impact Assessment. That would require me to go deeper into the specifics of your business and can be negotiated separately.

Consultations
Any question you might have on a legal matter - leave a line and we'll jump into a call. Includes 10 hours of consultations monthly on any topic.
Documents review
Useful when you deal with contracts that are sent to you to accept. I will look into them for you and tell if there are any problems. Includes 10 reviews monthly.
