Process

Research & Analysis (UI Focus): Conduct a detailed analysis of design requirements, understand the brand identity, key visual elements, and existing design standards. Establish visual guidelines and goals based on UX research and user data.
Design System & Style Guide: Create a cohesive design system that includes color palettes, typography, iconography, spacing, and reusable UI components. Develop a visual style that aligns with accessibility principles and the company’s branding.
Wireframes & High-Fidelity Mockups: Develop high-fidelity wireframes to represent the full visual interface. These mockups should detail how the screens, buttons, and other interactive elements will look and function.
Interactive Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to simulate the interface's navigation and interactions. Ensure user flows are smooth and intuitive, allowing stakeholders to evaluate the design in action.
UI Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing specific to the interface, observing how users interact with visual elements and adjusting the design as needed. Gather feedback on visual appearance and usability.
Final Design & Handoff to Development: Finalize the interface designs, ensuring all visual details are ready for implementation. Provide detailed specifications and assets (e.g., graphic assets, CSS styles, fonts) to facilitate the handoff to the development team.
Post-Launch Support & UI Updates: Two-week post-launch support to make adjustments and improvements based on user feedback and UI performance metrics.
