Minimum contract is 3 months as I believe in a months there is very little that we can achieve - unless we just work on a quick funnel.

Depending on where your businesses is at I'd start by onboarding myself, creating the systems and processes to make sure we can all work together as a team smoothly.

We talk strategy, planning, setting goals, mapping out the different project, the whole next 12 months. I create the time line and the high level strategy to achieve it.

Once these are mapped out we set prioritize and start accordingly with the execution.

As I'm also a VA MatchMaker I can find talents easily and onboard them if needed.

The service itself is really fluid and is adjusted to the needs and the budget of the business owner, we keep profitability in mind and all major decisions are discussed of course before hand.

In this budget I can commit to around 40 hours a month (2 hours per day depending on the workload and the phases of the projects), where I'm logging in everyday, keep the projects, tasks and the team on track, deliver and analyze sales, social media metrics, stats and meet with the CEO and the team on a regular basis.
