We discuss the plan, strategy, customer journey and lay out the timelines. IF you choose to add social media manager to the mix she can start working on content straight away. This way we can start testing the freebie ideas and only build something that is proven and we know people will need it.

While we are working on the membership we can generate leads and warm up the audience, offer 1:1 consulting (if available) so we can start generating income asap.

If all resources provided we manage to build out these systems in 3-4 months. If the membership or group program bits and pieces are already there, even quicker, but usually these projects always change a little while we are creating them as during the first months and testing we see the real need on the market.
