Forty emails arrive overnight and one of them is a complaint threatening Trading Standards. This finds that one.
Every email gets a label, complaint, new lead, invoice, booking, supplier or junk, plus an owner and a deadline. A complaint goes to the owner and is answered within the hour. A new lead goes to sales within fifteen minutes. Junk goes to nobody and buzzes nobody. Only two of the six are allowed to interrupt anyone.
While it is there it pulls out anything worth keeping: amounts, phone numbers, dates, invoice numbers. So the complaint arrives already carrying the amount paid, the phone number and the date the engineer walked off.
It writes a task and drafts a reply, a real one, in a human voice, ready to send. It does not send it. Complaints and leads are answered by the person whose name is on the van.
Built on n8n, on Gmail or Outlook. The labels and the routing are a list anyone can edit; adding a seventh category is one line, not a rebuild.
You get the flow built and tested on your own accounts, a short video of it working, and the source handed over.
Adapted to your business, with one round of adjustments included. Anything past a small adjustment, like a new channel, integration or feature, is quoted separately before any work starts, so the price is never a surprise.
