What's included

• Research Insights

  All projects start with competitive analysis and user research, unless research was already completed. If available, I ask for your cooperation in allowing access to your current customers to best understand their pain points and needs.

• User Persona & Possible Solutions

  User persona provides more context to users' story and helps us understand what causes their pain points and needs. Ideated solutions will also be presented during this time to get your input and confirmation.

• Sitemap (as needed)

  Will be provided if overall structure of the website/app needs to be reconsidered for more intuitive navigation.

• Low-fidelity wireframes

  Lo-fi wireframes provide a very general visual of where certain elements could be placed. This is a great way to make sure all the elements that need to be in design have their place. Positioning of elements may change in high-fidelity wireframes.

• High-fidelity wireframes

  Once hi-fi wireframes are presented, you can provide feedback and I will provide 2-3 rounds of iterations depending on the simplicity. If you'd like further iterations, we can discuss the new timeline estimation and budget.

• Design System (as needed)

  Design system encompasses the UI components including the color palette, icons, buttons, and all other building blocks that make up your website/app. If you already have one, I will work with them and add components as needed.

• Usability Test results & Iterations

  Iterations made after usability testing are counted separately from iterations made after your feedback. Not all user feedback will lead to iterations; I will prioritize them after considering their impact and time it will take me. You will be able to see users' feedback, iterations I made, and how I prioritized them to meet the project timeline & budget.
