Summary
Before designing, I make sure to design the right thing by exploring business needs and users needs and wants.
I always do testing with real users in order to make sure, that the product meets all the design metrics set up beforehand.
I can also provide brand strategy services like setting or resetting a brand, market positioning, brand personality, voice, purpose, values and experience.
