What's included

• Consultation

  I'll work with you to understand your business needs and data requirements. We'll discuss the key performance indicators (KPIs) you want to track and how you want to visualize your data.

• Data Preparation

  I'll clean and prepare your data to ensure it's accurate and usable for the dashboard. This may involve data wrangling, data cleaning, or data transformation.

• Dashboard Design & Development

  I'll design a custom dashboard that meets your specific needs and visual preferences. The dashboard will be interactive, allowing you to drill down into specific data points and filter data based on different criteria. Using a range of tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, or Excel, I'll develop your dashboard according to your specifications. The dashboard will be designed to be responsive and accessible across different devices. After delivering the first version of the dashboard, you will have a specified period to review the work and provide feedback. The revision period typically lasts between 1-2 weeks, during which time I will work closely with you to make any necessary adjustments and incorporate your feedback into the final product. Please note that any additional features or major changes requested beyond the scope of the original project may result in additional costs and a revised timeline.

• Dashboard Tutorial

  I'll provide you with a comprehensive tutorial on how to use the dashboard. The tutorial will cover all the features and functionality of the dashboard, enabling you to fully utilize it to make data-driven decisions.

• Technical Support

  After the project is completed, you will receive 3 hours of technical support within the first 15 days to help you get started with using the dashboard. I'll provide technical support for your dashboard in case you encounter any issues or have any questions. If you need additional technical support beyond that, we can discuss a separate service agreement to ensure your needs are met.
