Monthly Planning: We set priorities once at the start of each month in a single call, then you adjust as things change. (Includes a shared board you can add to and reorder any time.)

Product Design: New features, flows, screens, and all the states that get discovered during testing when nobody designed them. (Includes user flows, wireframes, final screens, and empty, loading and error states.)

Website and Framer Work: Landing pages, campaign pages, site updates, and experiments you want to run. (Includes design and build, since I do both.)

Design System Upkeep: The thing every team puts off until it breaks. New components, cleanup, and documentation as the product grows. (Includes component updates, token maintenance, and usage notes.)

Design Review on Shipped Work: I check what your engineers built against what was designed and flag what drifted, before your users find it. (Includes a written list of fixes ranked by how much they matter.)

Access and Input: Quick decisions do not need a meeting. (Includes Slack access during working hours, most answers within a couple of hours, and a 30 minute weekly call you can skip whenever async is working.)
