Process

01 | Discovery call: We'll meet to discuss your blogging needs, timeline, and goals. I'll share more about how I can support you, and if there's synergy, we'll kick off our work together.
02 | Project kickoff: After we've aligned on deliverables, blog topics, and timelines, we'll start the project with a kickoff call (or asynchronously if you prefer). This is when I'll ask you to share any key information or brand assets necessary for the project.
03 | Research: Before the writing begins, I'll spend time researching each blog topic, pulling key stats, and getting to know your target audience. Sometimes, this process involves talking with subject matter experts or sourcing quotes from industry leaders—which can help boost your search authority.
04 | SEO optimization and writing: Once the research is done, I'll begin writing your blogs and optimizing them for SEO. I like to stay ahead on content, so I'll always prepare blog content a few weeks in advance of its publish date.
05 | Editing: Once I've finished the first drafts of each blog, I'll share them with you for feedback. If you have any edit requests, I'll quickly turn around edits and finalize the blog content.
06 | Delivery: You'll receive the final blog posts by the deadline (if not sooner). I can deliver the blogs via Google Docs or schedule them for publishing within your website provider.
