About this service

Summary

A focused 2-week sprint that combines discovery and design to transform a single feature or user flow into a clear, strategic solution. Through targeted audits, research, and rapid concepting, I’ll explore opportunities, test ideas, and deliver high-fidelity designs and a clickable prototype, all grounded in user needs and ready to share or build.

Process

1. Sprint Kickoff We’ll align on the problem, users, success metrics, and any existing context or constraints around the feature or flow.
2. Research & Opportunity Mapping Quick-turn audits, competitor reviews, and light user insight to surface opportunities and guide the direction.
3. Flows & Wireframes We’ll map the key user journey and explore potential solutions through low-fidelity wireframes and concepts.
4. High-Fidelity Design The selected direction is translated into polished UI screens designed in Figma, ready to share with stakeholders or hand off to developers.
5. Clickable Prototype A functional prototype built from the final designs, ideal for review, testing, or internal demos.
6. Wrap-Up & Next Steps You’ll receive a design summary with key decisions, outcomes, and actionable next steps for implementation or iteration.

FAQs

  • What kind of features or flows is this sprint best for?

This works best for focused product areas like onboarding, checkout, dashboards, settings, or new core features, anywhere clarity, usability, and user experience matter.

  • Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?

Not at all. The sprint includes a kickoff and light discovery to help define the problem and direction before design begins.

  • Will I get a fully designed product at the end?

This sprint is scoped for key features or flows, not a full product or app. You’ll receive high-fidelity designs and a prototype focused on that area. If you're looking for full product design, I also offer more in-depth design engagements, happy to chat about what might be the best fit.

  • Can I use this to pitch or test with users?

Yes, the prototype is perfect for internal review, early user testing, or pitching to investors or stakeholders.

  • What if we want to keep working together after the sprint?

If you’d like to iterate or expand the work, we can roll into another sprint or a more flexible design phase. I’ll recommend the best path based on what comes out of the first two weeks.
