The brand design process includes the following stages:

🔹 Visual Identity Creation: Designing a cohesive visual identity, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that reflect your brand’s essence.

1. Enquiry stage

Initial Contact: Client reaches out with an inquiry or request for brand design services.
Consultation Meeting: Conduct a meeting (in-person or virtual) to discuss the client’s business, objectives, and vision for the brand.
Needs Assessment: Identify specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost based on the consultation.
2. Onboarding
Objective: To formalize the project details and set expectations.
Process:
Contract Agreement: Finalize and sign contracts or agreements to formalize the partnership.
Project Brief: Develop a detailed project brief that includes deliverables, timelines, and budget.
Information Gathering: Collect necessary information, including existing brand materials, preferences, and access to relevant resources.

    I use Notion as my project management system and have created a dedicated client portal for each of my clients. All deliverables will be available in Notion, and you can check your portal for updates on your project at any time.

  • Rate/Budget

    My rates vary depending on the company and the specific deliverables required, ensuring that you receive a tailored solution that meets your unique needs. This approach allows me to provide the best value for your investment, delivering high-quality results that align with your business goals.

  • What if this package is not suitable for me?

    Not a problem! Let's hop on a call, and I will tailor the deliverables and price to your needs.

  • How many revisions do I get?

    This packages will include as 4 revisions as needed (usually no more than two needed)

  • We live in different time zones. Will this be an issue?

    Not at all! I'm more than happy to tailor my schedule to accommodate meetings and discussions at times that suit you best!

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes! I require a 50% upfront payment to start the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. This ensures a smooth workflow and commitment from both sides. Let’s discuss your project and get started! Just make sure to mention it during our Discovery Call and prior to us creating your proposal so we can make sure to include it in your package.

  • If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?

    Sure thing! If you require a refresh of your designs but don't need a strategy, we recommend going for our Visual Identity service. Otherwise, if you're married to your logo(s) already and just want an expansion to your visual identity, we can create a custom proposal tailored just for you!
