﻿(You will receive an email to schedule each subsequent session following your first appointment). There will be four coaching sessions total, which will also include a plan of action for you and your updated LinkedIn profile. The total cost of the package (about a month in length depending on your schedule) is $495.﻿
This coaching package will consist of 1 coaching assessment session followed by 2 individual coaching sessions via phone or Zoom. Once we have evaluated your professional and career needs, we will work together to: 
(1) Complete a list of 3 career goals with a plan on how to achieve them. 
(2) An updated LinkedIn profile. 
(3) A well-defined plan to take a break or have a career exit strategy. 
(4) Have a follow-up session to check in and see how you are doing once you have started your plan and make modifications as needed.

What's included

Career Coaching
We’ll work together to help you successfully navigate your career (career plan, goals, exit strategy) so that you’ll take over driving the bus instead of feeling like you’re riding in the back with no control over where your career is taking you.
Resilience
We’ll work together to develop a strategy to assist you when “life gets in the way” and creates stress or anxiety. We’ll assess how stress “shows up” for you and develop strategies you can implement quickly to disrupt your stress.
Professional Presence
We'll work together to define and strategize your career goals. This includes: * Improvement of your professional social media presence * Evaluation of and updating of your LinkedIN profile as needed * Goal setting related to your career goals and aspirations. * Career exit strategy or plan to take a career break if you need it.
