What's included

  • Review of existing digital/content strategies (if applicable)

    After an initial consultation, you can provide me with any existing strategies that you have for your digital platforms, to identify what's currently working for your brand and what can be improved upon.

  • Review of existing digital marketing channels (if applicable)

    If you are currently using social media or other digital marketing channels to reach your audience, I will review these taking in to consideration your current performance, your brand presence, and other key factors that contribute to digital marketing success.

  • Background analysis

    A SWOT analysis will be conducted to identify the best opportunities for your brand, and a competitor analysis will detail what similar businesses are doing to attract their customers and clients.

  • Goal and KPI creation

    Together we will discuss your aspirations for your digital marketing strategy. This may be growth, brand awareness, engagement, or something else. When we identify your main goals, I will establish objectives and measurable KPIs to ensure you reach these.

  • Target audience identification

    I will create 2-3 personas which clearly demonstrate your target or desired audiences profile, to include demographics and affinities/similar interests, as well as the platforms they are likely to use.

  • Media recommendations

    Considering your goals and objectives, and your target audience, I will make recommendations on the digital platforms your brand should be using to reach potential customers and clients. This will include paid, earned and owned media channels.

  • Content recommendations

    After identifying the platforms your brand should be using, I will make suggestions for content you can create for your followers. You will receive seasonal ideas, legacy content ideas which you can use repeatedly, and other suggestions relevant to your industry.

  • Engagement strategy

    Following the identification of appropriate media channels to be used as part of your digital marketing strategy, I will provide steps on how to keep your followers engaged, and the roles your team will play in maintaining conversation with followers, as well as best practice guidelines for providing support via inbox queries and social media comments.

  • Summary of your budget and costs for different advertising and platform costs

    Your marketing budget for digital platforms will be outlined, as well as a breakdown of costs for one-off and ongoing costs associated with platforms, required software, and paid advertising strategies. Where possible, a projection of results will be included for each method.

  • Ongoing analysis recommendations

    I will provide recommendations on how to measure the success of your digital marketing efforts, based on the content and platform recommendations discovered within the strategy.

  • Account set-up (if applicable)

    If you do not have existing digital marketing channels, I am happy to set these up for you ensuring that your channels adhere to your brand guidelines.

  • Optional ongoing management of digital marketing channels

    When your strategy is complete, I am more than happy to manage your digital marketing channels and website content on an on-going basis, based on an additional hourly rate.

  • 3 hours of support following strategy completion

    I will dedicate an additional 3 hours of support to you to provide any short revisions that need made to the strategy, or any questions you may have about strategy.
