The demo goes well. Then someone signs up on their own, lands in an empty workspace, and asks what to do next.
That is where the product has to carry the conversation.
I design and build SaaS products that guide people from their first login into useful, repeatable work. Onboarding, core features, subscriptions, and account management come together as one consistent experience.
The aim is a product customers can understand and your team can confidently operate.
Who this is for
Founders and product teams with a defined offering who are ready to launch a SaaS product or move an early version into a more complete release.
You might have validated demand through a manual service, gathered feedback from an MVP, or reached the limits of an existing build. Now you need the product experience and technical foundation to support paying customers.
What we build
A connected SaaS application, with the functionality agreed around your product and business model:
Onboarding and activation: signup, account setup, and guidance toward the first useful outcome.
Core product workflows: the screens, actions, and information customers use to get their work done.
Workspaces and permissions: individual or team accounts, invitations, and appropriate access controls.
Subscriptions and billing: agreed plans, checkout, plan changes, and subscription status handling.
Account and admin tools: settings for customers and the controls your team needs to manage the service.
Integrations and visibility: agreed external connections, product analytics, and error monitoring.
We also design what happens between the main screens: an empty account, a failed payment, an expired invitation, or an action someone does not have permission to take.
Those moments shape how dependable the product feels.
How the project works
Define the release. We review your users, business model, existing feedback, and product requirements. Then agree on the workflows, platform, integrations, and launch criteria.
Design the experience. I map the product structure and design the key journeys in Figma, including reusable components and the states each flow needs.
Build and review. I develop the application and its supporting backend in milestones. Regular demos let you review working features throughout the project.
Prepare for customers. We test the agreed journeys, permissions, billing behavior, and responsive layouts. Then deploy, verify the release, and complete the handover.
What you receive
A defined release scope and product flow map.
Custom Figma designs and a reusable interface system.
A working SaaS application with the agreed backend and integrations.
Testing of the core workflows and relevant failure states.
Deployment with the agreed analytics and monitoring setup.
Source code, setup documentation, and an operational walkthrough.
How scope is defined
Pricing and timing depend on workflow complexity, account structure, billing rules, integrations, and any existing code or data we need to work with.
We define those requirements before starting. Additional features, migrations, and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately. Hosting, payment processing, and third-party usage costs are separate from the project fee.
Let’s Talk Shop
Send me your current product, prototype, or brief. Tell me what customers come to do, where they get stuck, and what the next release needs to make possible.
