Your team opens five tabs to answer one question. Reports need rebuilding every week. Knowing what needs attention means asking someone who already has too much to do.
I design and build business dashboards that bring those daily decisions into one place. Connected views for seeing the bigger picture, investigating the details, and taking action without losing context.
The starting point is your team’s workflow: what they need to know, what they need to do, and what keeps getting in the way.
Who this is for
Founders and operations teams who have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or an admin panel that makes simple tasks difficult.
A good fit for managing customers, bookings, orders, inventory, projects, or business performance. Especially useful when different people need different views of the same information.
What we build
A connected dashboard shaped around your business, with the screens and functionality agreed before work begins:
Overview: the metrics, activity, and exceptions your team needs to see first.
Working views: searchable tables, filters, sorting, and status tracking for everyday tasks.
Detail views: individual records with relevant history, information, and available actions.
Reports: charts and summaries built around clearly defined business questions.
Access and settings: permissions and controls appropriate to each user’s role.
Each view has a purpose. The overview helps someone spot a problem; the detail view gives them enough context to resolve it.
How the project works
Map the workflow. We review your current tools, data sources, users, and recurring frustrations. Then agree on the views, integrations, and boundaries of the project.
Design the experience. I structure the navigation and design the key screens in Figma. We review realistic tasks and data before moving into the build.
Build and connect. I develop the approved interface and connect the agreed data sources. Loading, empty, error, and permission states are part of the work.
Test and hand over. We check the main workflows, calculations, access rules, and responsive layouts. You receive the source files and a walkthrough of how everything works.
What you receive
Custom Figma designs for the agreed dashboard views.
A working web dashboard with the agreed functionality and integrations.
Reusable interface components for consistent future additions.
Source code, setup documentation, and a handover walkthrough.
Deployment to the agreed hosting environment.
How scope is defined
The quote reflects the number of distinct views, user roles, workflows, and data connections. A reporting dashboard connected to an existing database is a different project from an operations system with approvals, record editing, and multiple integrations.
We define those requirements upfront. Backend creation, data migration, and ongoing support are scoped where needed. Hosting and third-party subscriptions are separate.
