Your products are in a spreadsheet or a supplier file, and getting them into Shopify is where it stalls. Variants import as separate products, a price lands in the SKU column, images don't attach, and fixing it by hand in the admin takes hours in the admin while the products can't be sold.

You don't need to give me collaborator access. Shopify now asks partners to pass an identity check before every new collaborator request, so that route can wait a day. I build the import file and you upload it in Products > Import, or you add me as a staff member and I import it and check the store myself.

How it goes:

Send the sheet and one product you consider done right. I convert 5 of your products first, so you can check the result before you order.

I map your columns to Shopify's template: title, description, vendor, type, tags, options and variants, SKU, barcode, price and compare-at price, weight, stock, image links, SEO title and description.

Before delivery a script checks every row: handles, a value for every option, variants listed twice, prices and sale prices, stock numbers and image links. You get the CSV and a short list of anything your data didn't cover.

After the import I open a sample of products on the storefront to check photos, prices and variants.

Up to 100 products with variants: USD 100, ready 2 days after I get the sheet. Bigger catalogs are USD 1 per product. Price and stock updates can continue as a monthly plan.

Contra holds the payment until you accept the file.
