The service includes a 1-hour introductory call, where you can tell me more about your product and I can give you some guidance and help on the spot. Before hand I'll need you to provide me with some details about your software, so I can conduct a competitive analysis and share my thoughts about improving it. After the call I'll do an UX Audit of the system and pinpoint areas for improvement. We'll do another 1-hour call in which I can tell you about my findings and help you ideate and conceptualize the desired state of your product.
