Set up the measurement, reporting, and automation layer of your marketing once, so your team stops collecting numbers by hand and starts acting on them.
Who it's for: B2B SaaS and AI startups, and small marketing teams, whose data is spread across ad platforms, analytics, social, and email, and who spend hours every week putting reports together.
What I set up:
Tracking foundations: Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, plus conversion tracking and signals for the ad channels you use (for example Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversions, LinkedIn Insight Tag), so every channel reports the same conversions.
Automated reports in Slack: weekly and monthly reports delivered to Slack automatically, combining ad performance, website analytics, and social media numbers in one place.
Email infrastructure: setup or clean-up of your email tool (for example HubSpot, Brevo, or Mailchimp), with lists, segments, basic automations, and email performance added to the reports.
Recurring task automation: an audit of your team's recurring marketing tasks, and AI workflows for the ones that save the most time, using Claude, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Optional reporting agent: an AI assistant connected to your reports, so the team can ask questions like "which channel brought the most signups last month?" in plain language.
How it works:
Week 1: kickoff, access, and an audit of your current tracking, tools, and recurring tasks.
Weeks 2–3: tracking setup, report automation, and email infrastructure.
Week 4: workflows, optional agent, testing, and handover.
The scope is modular: we agree on the channels and tools at kickoff, and the price is confirmed before work starts. I run these kinds of reports and workflows in my own marketing every week and write about them in "The Recurring Task Audit" series in my newsletter, The Monday Marketing.
